The location of the cottage was perfect, with a short walk to the park and beach. We were able to take our dog with us, as the surrounding area is extremely dog, friendly. the bedroom and bathroom on one floor were ideal for our mother, in, law with poor mobility. the property was clean and the street was quiet. We had no issues finding places to eat with our dog, and there were dog, friendly areas on the beach.

The living room sofa was uncomfortable and low to the ground.

Great location for beach and local shops. The nearby park and seafront facilities were a pleasant bonus. Plus, there was a supermarket within walking distance, which was convenient.

There were a few downsides to our stay. In addition, the property had damp issues, resulting in an unpleasant smell throughout.

I recently stayed at a holiday cottage in Sunderland and had a lovely time. The location was perfect, being close to the beach, local shops, and Roker Park seafront facilities. It was also convenient to have a supermarket like Morrisons nearby, although Aldi required a short car drive.

we stayed at a lovely holiday cottage that was perfect for our needs. Our mother, in, law has limited mobility, so having a bedroom and bathroom on the same floor was ideal. the cottage was well, maintained and the street it was located on was peaceful. It was just a short walk to the nearby park and beach, which was great for our family outings. We also brought our dog along, and the area was incredibly dog, friendly, making it easy to find places to eat and enjoy the beach together. cons: everything we needed and wanted was available.

I always go back to this wonderful cottage in Sunderland. Staff found my lost ID card on my first stay, which made me remember it. It has free Wi-Fi, parking, a flat-screen TV, and allows pets. Perfect place for my trips.

We had a lovely stay at a holiday cottage in Sunderland. the cottage was perfect for our needs as our mother, in, law has limited mobility, and having a bedroom and bathroom on one floor was ideal. the property was clean and located on a quiet street. We enjoyed being a short walk away from the park and beach, which was great for leisurely strolls. Another plus point was the dog, friendly atmosphere in the area, making it easy to find places to eat with our furry friend. It was also nice that certain parts of the beach were dog, friendly year, round.

We had a fantastic value for our money at this holiday cottage. The room was perfect for our family, with comfortable beds and a powerful shower. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and park. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast menu could have been a bit more varied.

The location was absolutely amazing, with jaw-dropping beaches and local shops just a stone's throw away. The seafront facilities at Roker Park were mind-blowing, and we couldn't believe how close Morrisons was if you're a good walker. There's even an Aldi nearby if you have a car. The fact that the property had a bedroom and bathroom on one floor made it ideal for our mother-in-law with poor mobility. It was super clean and quiet on the street, and we loved taking short walks to the park and beach. Being dog-friendly was a huge plus - we had no problem finding places to eat with our furry friend, and parts of the beach were dog friendly all year round. The host was easy to reach and very helpful, and entering the property was a breeze with the key code. On-street parking was no problem at all. The cottage itself was just lovely and perfect for our family of 3. The beds were incredibly comfortable in the double and twin rooms, and the shower was hot and powerful. The sofa was also really cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. we had an incredible stay in this quiet location that was close to everything we wanted to visit. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return ourselves. Plus, the free Wi-Fi, free parking, flat-screen TV, pets allowed.

Travelling with our mother in law who has poor mobility, the single-floor bedroom and bathroom at this hotel was perfect. The property was spotless, the street quiet, and it was just a short walk to the park and beach. Dog owners will love the surrounding area, which is extremely dog-friendly with plenty of options for eating out and dog-friendly sections of the beach all year round. The hotel's location is also great, with easy access to the beach, local shops, Roker Park seafront facilities, and Morrison's supermarket.

    Totally recommend this hotel.
